You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.

O oppressor, of course, today I am crying because of your cruelty, but definitely a day (qiyamah) will come when you (the oppressor) will regret and cry for your crime.
Ibu 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Oppression is the darkness on the Day of Resurrection.
[Sahih Muslim 2579]
If you damage someone's life with wrongdoing, consider it a loan; on the day of judgment, it will return to you.
Don’t feel sad when someone oppresses you. Oppressing means actually transferring your good deeds to the one you HATE.
O oppressor listen carefully don't happy after hurting innocent people, remember a day (Qiyamah) is near for me and you.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him."
[Sahih al-Bukhari 2449]
Don't waste time on revenge. The people who hurt you will eventually face their own crime.
