Types Of Pain

There are two types of pain. Physical pain and Emotional pain.


1) Physical Pain: Diseases, Injury, or something that hurts the body.


2) Emotional Pain: Stress response just from your negative emotions.


Emotional pain hurts more than physical pain.


Monitor Your Mental Health

Life is beautiful, but negative emotions make it worse. Your biggest enemy is not anyone else but your own negative emotions. If you don't control your negative emotions, the pain will continue. A happy and peaceful life can only be achieved when your mind is stronger than your emotions. Be very careful about what your emotions are, because your emotions run your life.


We tend to monitor our physical health and neglect our mental health. For example, we get yearly physical check-ups but the idea of getting a mental check-up is completely foreign to us.


It's completely unfair for a healthy and happy life, both physical as well as mental well-being is essential.


1 in 3 suffers from mental health problems. Are you 1 in 3 ?. If yes, now it's time to talk, and it's time to change.


Emotional Pain

These days most of the people suffer from negative emotions; these negative emotions only have one purpose: to destroy you. Every day, every minute in your life, negative emotions attack on you, so prepare yourself to handle them; otherwise, you lose your peace. Remember, the mind is a battlefield of negative emotions; you must win the battle every day.


The negative emotions such as - bad character, mental fear, inferiority complex, negative feelings etc.


These emotions completely destroy and ruin our life. We can't live a happy and peaceful life until we recognize and expel them from our heart and mind.


So my brothers and sisters in Islam, please check these negative emotions and cure it with Quran and Hadith. One sure way to achieve real happiness and inner peace. In shaa Allah.


How to cure emotional problems with Quran and Hadith?

For every problem there is an Ayat in the Quran. These Ayats help you to cure your emotional pain and relieve your mental stress. But the condition of treatment is you need true faith in your heart to relieve stress.[1]. Where there is faith, indeed healing will start.


Allah SWT said : … Qur´an is a healing and a grace for those who have faith… (Quran 17 : 82)


O men, there has come to you an advice from your Lord, and a cure for the ailments of your hearts, and guidance and mercy for the believers. (Qur’an : 10 : 57)


...For those who believe, this Qur´an is a guidance and a cure (for spiritual ailments)... (Quran 41:44)


whoever follows My guidance (and turns to Me with faith and worship), will not go astray, nor will he be unhappy. (Qur’an 20 : 123)


Indeed who attached himself to Quran will finds peace.


It is the pious who follow the guidance of their Lord and gain lasting happiness. [Quran 2:5]


As for the one who turns away from my message, he shall have a straitened life,... ( Qur'an 20 : 124 )


To whoever, male or female, does good deeds and has faith, We shall give a good life… (Qur'an 16 : 97)


For those who reject faith and disbelieve, I will punish them with terrible pain in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will not have anyone to help. (Quran 3:56)


If Allah has said it, then no doubt, it's true, It's hard to believe but it's true.


...whose word is more truthful than Allah’s? [Quran 4 : 87]


...No change can there be in the Words of Allah, this is indeed the supreme success . (Qur'an 10 : 64)


Those who follow the Quran's teachings will definitely live a happy and enjoyable life in this world and also have great success in the hereafter. But those who turn away from the message of the Quran have terrible pain in this world and in the hereafter.


Quran Makes Your Perspective Positive


When you are facing any problem which leads us to stressful feelings, Ayats of the Quran help you to think in a positive perspective about the problem rather than developing a negative perspective. Positive perspective help us to stay positive and reduce our mental stress and also it helps us to overcome the dejected feelings and make our life a beautiful.


With positive perspective, every problem seems minor. With negative perspective, even twitching seems major.


Problems are common, but perspective makes the difference. Trouble comes not from bad situations but from negative thoughts.


You Need Faith To Relieve Stress.

All people, believers and non-believers, face difficult situations every day with different kinds of difficulties. What distinguishes a believer from a non-believer in the face of difficulties is faith that Allah has put in our hearts, which makes us more patient and optimistic [2] person when we go through any difficulty.

Alhamdulillah, verses of the Quran that removes your mental stress and bring real happiness and inner peace. But you need true faith in your heart to relieve stress. You study the entire Quran and read thousands of Hadith But without Faith useless. Medicine works for those only who have alive not for dead body. Same as Ayat of the Quran works only for those who have true faith in their hearts, not for the disbelievers.

This “FAITH” is great wealth not granted to unbelievers. It is by means of this faith that muslims are able to face of all problems of life, it is a important tool to overcoming life problems.

Our ability to handle life's challenges is a measure of our strength of faith. The quality of your faith shows the quality of your patience, so cultivate true faith; it is the ultimate success. If you want to be a happier person, make your faith strong.

Remember! If your faith does not help to overcome stress and depression. Then you must understand that, you are Muslim by name only; that's why you are depressed. So you need true faith to handle life's challenges and live a peaceful life.


Quran is a Medicine for Broken Heart


The beauty of the Quran is that whenever you feel mental stress or heart broken, all your problems will fade away once you read the Quran. The Quran, where believer find peace and they find their remedies of their problems. This book [Quran] is for everyone, who is struggling for inner peace. It [Quran] is a solution for every problem.


Quran mein Allah SWT hamein khush haal zindagi ka nuqsa bataya hai. Jab hum Quran ki ayaton se dunya ki pareshaniyun ko samjhenge To hamara nazariya positive hojata hai. Aur hamein haqiqee sukoon milta hai. Allah SWT hamein sukoon ki zindagi aata farmaye aur hamara khatima imaan per karen. Ameen summa ameen.


Pareshan hal insaan ko jo taqat aur hosla Quran se milta hai, aisa kahin aur se nahi milta. Agar koi pareshan hal zindagi se nikal kar khush hal zindagi basar karna chahta hai to wo Quran ko padhna shuroo karde.


Insan ke pass agar quran ka sahara na hota to insan andar se pora tut jata. Ye wahi quran ki ayaten hain jo insaan ko takaleef o musibat mein sahara deti hain. Insaan ka behtareen sathi Qur'an hai. Agar iska saat choot jaye to zindagi boojh banjati hai.


Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed, the one who does not have the Qur'an inside him (his heart), is like the ruined house." Grade: Da'if (Darussalam) [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2913]


Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is like the ruined house.'' [Riyad as-Salihin 1000]


Qur'an is the one and only book in the world which contains the power to change your life. Sometimes even one Ayat of the Qur'an can change your entire life.


Say: "It is the grace and mercy of Allah (that He has sent this Qur’an), so let the people rejoice over it, for it is better than (the worldly riches) they are collecting." (Qur’an : 10 : 58)

Heal Your Pain With Quran

Whenever I get stuck in problem, which lead us to stressful feelings. True believer seeks guidance in the Quran to sort out the problem.

First of all, he try to find out what the reason behind our calamity. Ayats of the Quran tells us the exact reason behind our calamity. When he [true believer] know the reason behind the calamity. He begins to display patience.

For true believer, verses of the Quran help to overcome on stressful feelings and bring real happiness and inner peace. No benefits for non-believers, only because lack of faith on Quran and Hadith.

Allah SWT said : ...Qur'an is a healing and a grace for those who have faith; but it adds only to the ruin of the wrong-doers. (Quran 17:82)

...For those who have faith, it is a guidance and healing; but as for those who are faithless, there is a deafness in their ears... (Quran 41:44)

Then He showed him what is wrong for him and what is right for him;.those who purify their souls will certainly have everlasting happiness.and those who corrupt their souls will certainly be deprived (of happiness). (Quran 91 : 8 - 9 - 10)

Quran not only stands by you during calamities to bring patience, but also supports you in every step of your life such as with bad characteristics (like anger, violence, envy, etc), mental fear, inferiority complex, negative feelings, etc.

True believer always consulted [take advice] from the Quran for their problems. Solution of all your problems can be found in Quran.
