Restore your peace with Quran

A man of bad character punishes his own soul.

You will never find happiness until you clean the garden of your heart from the poisonous plants of envy, hatred, spite, and resentment.

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, ...Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart. [Sahih al-Bukhari 52]

those who purify their souls will certainly have everlasting happiness. and those who corrupt their souls will certainly be deprived (of happiness). (Quran 91 : 9 - 10)

...there is no change in the words of Allah... [Quran 10 : 64]

Ziyad bin `Ilaqah narrated from his uncle, that he said: “[The Prophet (ﷺ)] used to say: ‘O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil character, evil actions, and evil desires (Allāhumma innī a`ūdhu bika min munkarātil-akhlāqi wal-a`māli wal-ahwā’).’” [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3591]

Oppressing

It was narrated from Sa’d that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Verbally abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (disobedience) and fighting him is Kufr.” [Sunan Ibn Majah 3941]

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The whole of the Muslim is sacred to his fellow Muslim, his blood, his wealth and his honor.” [Sunan Ibn Majah 3933]

...Oppression is worse than killing... [Quran 2 : 191]

Ibu 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Oppression is the darkness on the Day of Resurrection. [Sahih Muslim 2579]

Sin of killing

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, their reward will be Hell—where they will stay indefinitely. Allah will be displeased with them, condemn them, and will prepare for them a tremendous punishment. (Quran 4:93)

The sin of him who usurps the land of others.

It was narrated from Abu Dharr that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever claims something that does not belong to him; he is not one of us, so let him take his place in Hell.” [Sunan Ibn Majah 2319]

Believers honor is more sacred than kaaba.

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr said: “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) circumambulating the Ka’bah and saying: ‘How good you are and how good your fragrance; how great you are and how great your sanctity. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of the believer is greater before Allah than your sanctity, his blood and his wealth, and to think anything but good of him.’” [Grade: Da’if (Darussalam)] [Sunan Ibn Majah 3932]

Nafi' narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) ascended the Minbar and called out with a raised voice: ’O you who accepted Islam with his tongue, while faith has not reached his heart! Do not harm the Muslims, nor revile them, nor spy on them to expose their secrets. For indeed whoever tries to expose his Muslims brother’s secrets, Allah exposes his secrets wide open, even if he were in the depth of his house.’” He (Nafl’) said: ‘ One day Ibn ‘Umar looked at the House- or – the Ka’bah and said: ‘What is it that is more honored than you, and whose honor is more sacred than yours! And the believer’s honor is more sacred to Allah than yours.’” [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2032]

Rights will be given to oppressed.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: “Rights will certainly be restored to those entitled to them on the Day of Resurrection, (to the point that) even the hornless sheep will lay claim upon the horned one.” [Sahih Muslim 2582]

So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. (Qur’an 99 : 7 – 8)

Be patient; God´s promise is true... (Quran 30:60)

Narrated Anas: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. People asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "By preventing him from oppressing others." [Sahih al-Bukhari 2444]

...Prophet (ﷺ) say: When the people see a wrongdoer and do not prevent him, Allah will soon punish them all. Amr ibn Hushaym's version has: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If acts of disobedience are done among any people and do not change them though the are able to do so, Allah will soon punish them all... [Sunan Abi Dawud 4338]

On the authority of Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim] [Hadith 34, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi]
