Restore your peace with Quran   

A man of bad character punishes his own soul.

You will never find happiness until you clean the garden of your heart from the poisonous plants of envy, hatred, spite, and resentment.


Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, ...Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart. [Sahih al-Bukhari 52]


those who purify their souls will certainly have everlasting happiness. and those who corrupt their souls will certainly be deprived (of happiness). (Quran 91 : 9 - 10)


...there is no change in the words of Allah... [Quran 10 : 64]


Ziyad bin `Ilaqah narrated from his uncle, that he said: “[The Prophet (ﷺ)] used to say: ‘O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil character, evil actions, and evil desires (Allāhumma innī a`ūdhu bika min munkarātil-akhlāqi wal-a`māli wal-ahwā’).’” [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3591]


Lying is the biggest sin

'Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Whoever is silent, he is saved." [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2501]


It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him say something good, or else remain silent.” [Sunan Ibn Majah 3971]


Only speak when your words are more beautiful than silence!


Malik related to me that Safwan ibn Sulaym said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked, 'Can the mumin be a coward?' He said, 'Yes.' He was asked, 'Can the mumin be a miser?' He said, 'Yes.' He was asked, 'Can the mumin be a liar?' He said, 'No.' " [Muwatta Malik - Book 56, Hadith 19]


Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The signs of a hypocrite are three: 1. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie. 2. Whenever he promises, he always breaks it (his promise ). 3. If you trust him, he proves to be dishonest. (If you keep something as a trust with him, he will not return it.)" [Sahih al-Bukhari 33]


Bahz bin Hakim narrated from his father, from his grandfather that Prophet (s.a.w) said: "Woe to the one who talks about something to make the people laugh, in which he lies. Woe to him! Woe to him!" [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2315]


A just for few minutes of lust, which takes us to hellfire.


Allahu Akbar Be careful what you say...

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A man utters a word pleasing to Allah without considering it of any significance for which Allah exalts his ranks (in Jannah); another one speaks a word displeasing to Allah without considering it of any importance, and for this reason he will sink down into Hell." [Al-Bukhari]. [Riyad as-Salihin 1515]


Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet; said, "A slave (of Allah) may utter a word which pleases Allah without giving it much importance, and because of that Allah will raise him to degrees (of reward): a slave (of Allah) may utter a word (carelessly) which displeases Allah without thinking of its gravity and because of that he will be thrown into the Hell-Fire." [Sahih al-Bukhari 6478]


'Abdul-Wahhab bin Al-Ward narrated from a man among the inhabitants of Al-Madinah who said: "Mu'awiyah wrote a letter to 'Aishah, that: 'Write a letter to advise me , and do not overburden me.'" He said: "So 'Aishah [may Allah be pleased with her]wrote to Mu'awiyah: 'Peace be upon you. As for what follows: Indeed I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) saying: Whoever seeks Allah's pleasure by the people's wrath, Allah will suffice him from the people. And who ever seeks the people's pleasure by Allah's wrath, Allah will entrust him to the people. And Peace be upon you.'" [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2414]


Say to My servants that they should (only) say those things that are best... (Qur'an 17:53)


Allahu Akbar A house in the middle of paradise for a man who avoids lying...

Narrated AbuUmamah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good. [Sunan Abi Dawud 4800]
